If you think you might be pregnant, try our free online pregnancy test quiz below. While no online test is 100% accurate, this test will give you an idea about the probability of whether or not you are pregnant. And it’s completely free!
This free online pregnancy test is a simple quiz. To find out whether you might be pregnant, just answer the multiple choice questions given on the quiz. All questions are related to your overall health as well as any early signs of pregnancy, such as nausea, that you might be experiencing.
So how did the quiz come out? If, after taking our
free online pregnancy test, you still think you might be pregnant, we highly advise you to take a home pregnancy test. These tests are available at most drugstores such as Walgreen’s or CVS, as well as at many grocery stores and supermarkets. Additionally, these tests are available for order online at a discount. (
You can buy them here).
How do these home
early pregnancy test kits work? If you’ve ever taken any ovulation tests, you’ll find them very similar. The tests look for a hormone in your urine called
hcg that indicates that a woman is going to have a baby (a pregnancy). It’s best to wait until first thing in the morning, when you’ve just woken up, to take the test. This is because your urine is the most concentrated in your body at this time of day, and you will get the most accurate test results by following this procedure.
You simply sit on the toilet, put the test stick between your legs, and urinate on it. Keep it in your urine stream the entire time that you are urinating. (You don’t have to actually stick it in your vajayjay!)
After that, you have to wait between 3 and 7 minutes for the test to give you the results. This is the hardest part for many women! When you’re anxiously awaiting the results, it can seem like an eternity. If you smoke, this is a good time to have a cigarette! (Of course, if your pregnancy test is positive, you’ll want to stop smoking as soon as you can!)
When it’s time to read the results of the test, you’ll be looking for a simple indicator. The more expensive digital tests will be the easiest to interpret. They will simply say “Pregnant” or “Not Pregnant”. The cheaper analog pregnancy tests will have a line on them. One line (like a “minus” sign) means that you are not pregnant. If you see two lines, (like a “plus” sign) then let us be the first to congratulate you: You are officially preggers!
If you do get a positive result, it’s important to call and make an appointment with your physician or gynecologist right away. They will confirm your results with a blood test, which is more accurate than either the free online pregnancy test or the home pregnancy test. Then, your doctor can give you some prenatal vitamins as well as counseling you on what to expect with your pregnancy.
Best of luck to you!
